Welcome to Mother & Daughter Moon Time Circle, a transformative workshop designed to explore the menstrual cycle in a holistic way. Together, we will address the deeper questions that daughters may have but feel unable to ask. This two-hour session aims to break the stigma surrounding menstruation, fostering a supportive environment where both mothers and daughters can embrace this natural part of femininity. Join us as we celebrate the cycles of life and empower young women to view their bodies and menstrual cycles with confidence and understanding and even awe.

In this ground-breaking two hour workshop for 5th&6th grade girls and their mothers, we create a comfortable space and an empowering opportunity, where girls will see their bodies and their menstrual cycle in a different light. Traditional menstrual education in schools can be clinical and intimidating. We focus on understanding our cycle and the accompanying changes, both physical and emotional, utilizing a holistic and gentle approach.
My mission is to make sure every girl understands and appreciates her body. In the Moon Time Circle workshop I strive to educate and empower young girls and their mothers, fostering a supportive environment where open conversations about menstruation become easy and comfortable. This is wisdom for real life.
I am a mother of four daughters and three sons and live in a small moshav in Israel. I have worked with children for more than two decades, starting as a special education teacher before opening a private clinic, which empowered children with learning disabilities in math and reading.
Currently, I work as practitioner of EFT (tapping), Matrix Re-Imprinting, Aroma Freedom Technique, Color & Light and Family Constellations (Systemic work). I also hold weekly girls’ circles and teach Bat Mitzvah classes online combining Torah and the above modalities at www.batmitzvahbliss.com. My passion in life is to spread the wisdom of Torah and the wonders of creation to empower girls and women to see their greatness and use it in the world.
